Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

At this time, MadCow Rocketry Online Store ships merchandise only to locations within the United States, Canada, Australia, UK and Germany. MadCow Rocketry Online Store does not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. Contact us prior to ordering if you would like to make special arrangements for shipping to these areas. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
What do I do if I receive a defective item?
  All defective items can be returned for refund or exchange; however you must call or e-mail us before returning the item. All returns of defective items will only be refunded or replaced if we have been contacted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be pro-rated depending on the condition of the item and items will be refunded or replace at our discretion. Your lack of knowledge or ability is not our responsibility. We accept no responsibility for crash damage, nor do we accept responsibility for improper use of the items we sell.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
How do I return my product?
  Any items returned for a refund or store credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be unused and undamaged and in resalable condition. There will be a restocking fee of 15% for refunded sales. You must contact us via e-mail or phone before you ship the returned items, and we recommend that you insure your package as we will not refund items unless we receive them in undamaged and resalable condition.  Sorry, but we can only offer a store credit for sale items.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  MadCow Rocketry makes every effort to ship your order within a week of your order (typically within 1 or 2 days). However, sometimes part shortages can cause us to take longer to fill your order. We will contact you if we expect to take longer than one week to fill your order.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
