Kit parts look great! Tubing is about as thick as a motor mount tube. All fins are from basswood. Be careful when sealing these. I warped the snot out of mine with some aggressive sealer and had to toss them and use plywood. Balsa cones for ramjets are excellent! But when installing the ramjets the instructions said to glue ramjets 11.5" from top of airframe! This is not correct!!! Its more like 10.25". Just be aware. And don't forget nose weight. I've heard your rocket should balance out just below the top of the wings. Also I think this bird needs more than a D12.

Im working on this kit and gotta the tubing is a tad skinny and all of the fins are made from basswood. Kinda heavy but I thought it would be okay until I tried to seal the big wing. Massive warpage so I had to toss it and cut new ones out of plywood. Be careful with sealers on this one. And the reason I think the tubing is too thin is because you may need to use a bunch of nose weight to make this thing stable. I'm hoping not to get a zipper. And with that extra weight I wouldn't recommend a D12. Might be on the ground before ejection.
